Privacy notice

Effective date: 12 July 2026.

Vector Restore is the data controller for information submitted through this website and through our managed website service. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, business details, website address, contact details, enquiry content, approvals and support messages. We also retain limited security and operational records needed to protect the service and evidence actions taken.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess service fit, provide and support contracted work, process payments, maintain security, meet legal obligations and improve the service. Our lawful bases are contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required and legal obligation.

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting, email and payment providers, or where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Enquiry and client records are retained only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, contractual records, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the relevant UK data-protection right applies. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
