The repair is agreed in writing before work starts. Vector Repairs works only on the specific website issues that were approved.

Fixed pricing is shown before secure checkout, and work begins only after payment is completed.

If Vector Repairs cannot complete the agreed repair scope, you receive a full refund.

Any requests outside the agreed repair require separate approval.
